What to do when you have been told you are unfit for work? I have spent three days on bed rest but today I felt a bit bored so I decided to make a cake. It all went swimmingly until I tried to use my new tin and it leaked all over the oven. I’ll clean it one day, until then I am enjoying some gooey cake and cream.
