I had planned to take GO on a last minute beachside holiday using my summer pay check, then the car started squeaking. It was the brakes, it’s always the brakes. Turns out I was right, but the £249 price on the website quickly quadrupled and we were quoted £1049 because they also wanted to see why the check coolant warning flashed up. As hard as it is to pay that much, you cannot pay enough for peace of mind. The car is now costing us money and I was told by a teacher that when that happens it’s time to reinvest.
