My life is so funny

Nom Nom
I freely admit I suffer from delusions of grandeur.  As I stood in the kitchen this morning, planning the first day I have had to myself since early December, I thought, how middle class am I?

Listening to Radio 2, homemade apple and cinnamon porridge on the stove, a fresh Cafe Macchiato waiting, a pile of my pupil's work to be marked on the sofa, I had a hike up to the waterfall planned, then I'd make chilli prawn risotto for tea with a glass of red wine.

This is the imaginary life...

Then GO arrived, he shuffled into the kitchen wearing his underwear and cartoon slippers grabbed his breakfast and plonked himself on the sofa.  Ah, Homer has arrived.

This is real life!
